Nowadays, we are receiving lots of questions about how to fight naturally against the c*r*n* virus, or similar...
We want to share with you some tips that may help you to stay healthy and keep your immunity up.
1. Physical & breathing practice:
During 20-30 min on the morning and evening:
3-4 rounds of kapalabhati (40 to 60 breaths)
Nadi shodhanam (5 minutes)
Bhramari (9-11 times)
If body allow do 7 to 10 rounds of Surya Namaskara.
2-3-4 times a day, for 5 to 7 minutes, do diaphragmatic breathing in Makrasana/crocodile posture. It will improve the quality of the breath & more important it will improve your level of Oxygen in the blood.
Remember don't make yourself tired through the practice. 🙏
Before sleeping and in the morning, do gargles with warm salty water, this is necessary to avoid/stop the accumulation of mucus inside the nose & throat.
Do nasya: put few drops of oil in the nostrils before the sleep & can also after the pranayama practice. Nasya can take 3-4 times a days. For this can use almond oil, that's available everywhere. If possible, can find Shadbindu oil, Anu Thailam oil or Ghee.
3. Food & Drink:
Do not take anything cold, whether it is solid or liquid. Means whatever you eat/drink has to be hot/warm.
If you have some spices in the kitchen, you should make an infusion of:
2 black peppers
Cinnamon. (Whatever you have)
You boil it all as if for two glasses until the water reduces/evaporates so that there is enough for a single cup. You take it 30min-1 hour before the meals.
Can also take infusion of Giloy (Amrita)
You can also plan the days like this: infusion + practice + meal, it would be great.
