Cleansing of the intestines

According to naturopathy, constipation is the root cause of almost all the problems...

Morning tips for cleansing of the intestines:


All these morning tips are very helpful for cleansing the intestines (specifically the bowel):

  • One hour before the breakfast, with empty stomach: apple vinegar with warm water (20 to 30ml in half cup of warm water), or one apple.

  • One hour before the breakfast for 30 days: Neem & Turmeric tablets (1+1).

  • Before the breakfast: 2 dry figs.

  • 3 to 5 dry dates (chew it properly) with the breakfast... previously dropped in the water, the night before. (5 to 7 dates for pitta people).

  • Early morning: Aloe Vera juice with warm water.

  • Gooseberry juice or gooseberry with Aloe Vera juice together.

  • Lemon & Ginger water.

  • 1 or 2 glasses of warm water (in Ayurveda it's called Ushapan) before going to the rest room.


Daily tips for cleansing of the intestines:


Food:

  • Drink good amount of water... or fruits & vegetables that have good amount water content.

  • Minimize the gluten from your food & add some fibers...

  • Use multigrain flour rather than wheat flour.

  • Use brown rice rather than plan rice.

  • Eat the fruits & vegetables rather than juices...

  • 2 Guava (small size) for at least 2 weeks.

  • Take good amount of seasonal fruits & green vegetables... Leafy vegetables are more helpful...

  • Add lemon in your food... ▫️Add some spices, like: cumin seed, carom seed and black salt is also good.


Kriya:

  • Once a week: Vaman (Vomiting) kriya. After Vaman kriya you have to take only kitchari (green gram lentils with rice).

  • Artha Shankh-prakshalana in every 2 or 3 months... Eat kitchari with good quality & quantity of ghee. (One day at least). No other milk/product except ghee for 03 days.


Pranayamas:

  • After bowel cleansing, do Kapalabhati & Agnisara...


Asanas/exercises:

  • Exercices: at least 30 to 45 minutes a day... (Asanas, Swimming, Running, Gym...etc.)

  • Asanas that can help: Tadasana, Tiryak tadasana & Kati Chakrasana (all repete 5-5 times).


Night tips for cleansing of the intestines:


  • Raw papaya vegetable (not allowed for pregnant women).

  • Wood/stone apple powder or syrup or candy with warm milk.

  • Psyllium husk with warm milk or warm water.

  • Gooseberry powder with warm water or candy with warm milk.

  • Castor oil with warm milk (10-15 drops) or Tablet of castor oil.

  • Vegetable of Pumpkin.

  • Before the sleep: half glass of warm water.


Remember: Happiness starts from the bathroom!
