Ashwagandha is an important and well popular herb of Ayurveda.

The word ashwa means horse & gandha means smell. The root of ashwagandha have the smell like a stable or stalls or mews. That's it known by the name of Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry.

In Ayurveda, ashwagandha is considered a Rasayana.

This means it nourishes all the seven tissues (plasma, blood, muscle, fat tissue, bone, bone marrow and reproductive tissue) and it helps maintain youth both mentally and physically.

Doctor's research suggest that this herb has neuroprotective & anti-inflammatory effects. Generally used as a brain tonic & to boost the immunity.

People can use the ashwagandha to treat the following problems:

  • Stress, anxiety, alzheimer.

  • Depression, epilepsy...

  • Fatigue

  • Weak immunity

  • Insomnia

  • Arthritis

  • Diabetes

How to use it :

This herb can be find easily in both form tablets or capsules & powder form.

Powder form of any herb is always more effective rather than the tablets. But herb is bitter in taste so you can buy the capsules...

If anyone have any of the above symptoms they can take 01-01 capsules morning & evening after the meal.

To boost the immunity & for good sleep, you can also take it with milk before going to the bed...


Note:

For 3 to 4 weeks it's ok but more than that, don't take it without the doctors prescription...
