This October, we offer a 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 for those who are new to pranayama or looking to deepen their foundations. In this 4-week journey, we will move 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩, building clarity, stability and confidence in your own practice. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with the subtle intelligence of your breath, calming the nervous system, improving vitality, and expanding your inner awareness. 🦋 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 / 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 This course includes both theory and practice, making it accessible for: ✅ Curious beginners ✅ Yoga students wishing to incorporate pranayama into their sadhana ✅ Practitioners who want to refine the basics and go deeper into the techniques 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 You will gradually be introduced to: ✔️ Healthy breathing habits and common mistakes ✔️ The principles of a balanced breath ✔️ Nadishodhanam (alternate nostril breathing) ✔️ Bhramari (humming breath) ✔️ Ujjayi and simple bandhas ✔️ Breath awareness, rhythm and retention ✔️ Foundational cleansing and calming techniques ✔️ Gentle introduction to Agnisara and Kumbhakas (with care and guidance) You’ll also receive insights based on classical yogic texts/scriptures and Mahendra’s years of teaching experience. 📅 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 🗓 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Tue 7th, Thu 9th Tue 14th, Thu 16th Tue 21st, Thu 23rd Tue 28th, Thu 30th ⏰ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 (CET - Spain, Central European Time): 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉: 7:00 - 7:45 AM 𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉: 1:00 - 1:45 PM (𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑎𝑑𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑧𝑜𝑛𝑒) 📍 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐦 (Recordings will be available for 7 days after each session if you miss the live class.)
