About the Teachers
Meet Mahendra Ji
Mahendra is an Indian yoga master rooted in the ancient yogic traditions of his homeland. With over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching, his presence alone is a teaching, calm, grounded, and deeply authentic.
He has guided students around the world in the arts of prāṇāyāma, meditation, āsana, kriya, and yogic lifestyle, always with one clear focus: awakening the inner intelligence that leads to balance, clarity, and freedom.
Mahendra doesn’t teach from a script. He shares from direct experience, with humility, depth, and a quiet strength that touches everyone who crosses his path.
His sessions go beyond technique: they are inner journeys, offered with both discipline and compassion.

Meet John Andreas

John Andreas is a Swedish teacher and guide in personal transformation, known for his grounded presence and clear, practical approach to inner work.
With a background in Vipassana meditation and years of experience in mindset and self-inquiry, he supports individuals in developing awareness, clarity, and a deeper sense of direction in their lives.
His way of working is simple, direct, and honest inviting you to observe your patterns, take responsibility, and reconnect with what is true for you.
Rather than offering fixed methods, John creates a space for real exploration, where insights can emerge naturally and be integrated into everyday life.
His sessions are both reflective and practical, helping bridge the gap between inner understanding and meaningful change.
A day at the retreat
Each day is designed as a journey, moving from silence and presence into activation, clarity, and inner strength.
Morning:
We begin in the quiet early hours of the day with 15-20 minutes silent walk along the sea.
Morning practice will be concluded with dynamic āsanas and breathwork designed to awaken your energy and reset your system from within.
Midday:
Between breakfast and lunch, you will take part in immersive sessions with John or Mahendra, offering complementary perspectives:

One focused on mindset, vision and personal leadership,

The other on energy, embodiment and inner mastery.
Afternoon:
In the afternoon, the focus shifts towards deeper inner exploration: philosophy and gentle yoga sessions helping you integrate what is unfolding, stay connected and grounded throughout the process.
Through hands-on interactive workshops, we will explore the real challenges you face as an entrepreneur or business leader. These sessions are crafted to unlock deep insights and meaningful growth - both for you and your business.
Topics include sustainable entrepreneurship, mental resilience, empowered entrepreneurial mindsets, coaching-based leadership, and expanding your personal and professional capacity far beyond what you currently see as possible.
Evening, after the dinner:
Time for reflection and meditation together. The moment to allow you to integrate the day’s experience in a calm and supportive atmosphere as well as preparing the ground for the next day.
Throughout the retreat, time is intentionally left for journaling, personal reflection, and rest, as well as access to the resort’s spa to support your body in this process.
Each day builds upon the previous one, creating a natural progression taking you deeper each day, so you leave not only rested, but also radically renewed.

The Location – Cambrils Park Resort
Nestled on the Catalan coast of Spain, Cambrils Park Resort provides a unique blend of comfort, calm, privacy and Mediterranean charm. During this time of year, the resort transforms into a peaceful, off-season sanctuary known as Mediterranean Sport Hub, focused on health and well-being – away from the tourist season and ideal for deep inner work.
Spanning over 19 hectares of landscaped gardens, Mediterranean-style architecture, tranquil walking paths and just a short walk from the sea, the resort offers the perfect environment for deep rest, reflection, and inner work.

Our retreat will be hosted in the elegant Mediterrània apartments, the resort’s superior category to ensure a premium stay. Here, you will get all the comfort and privacy you need to rest and recharge.
You can choose between two accommodation options:

Shared apartment with private room and bathroom
Stay in a spacious apartment shared with one or two other participants, while enjoying your own private bedroom and bathroom. A beautiful balance of connection and personal space.

Perfect for two people attending the retreat together, this option offers a private apartment with a double room, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.

The Mediterranean in November

November on the Mediterranean coast is a time of quiet introspection. The energy softens after the intensity of summer, inviting a deeper sense of calm and inward connection.
Days are gentle and mild, often bright, with average temperatures between 15°C and 20°C. The light becomes softer, the surroundings more peaceful, and the rhythm naturally slows down.
Evenings are cooler and more grounding, making it the perfect time to rest, reflect, and integrate. Warm layers and a cozy jacket are recommended.
Food – Nourishment that supports you

All 3 meals are included and served buffet-style, giving you the freedom to eat according to your needs and preferences.
Prepared during the resort’s sports season, the food is fresh, healthy, energizing, and varied – with options for all diets, including plant-based and protein-rich meals.

🔒 Booking conditions:
- 20% deposit is required to reserve your spot (non-refundable).
- 30% will be due 2 months prior arrival (maximum date on September 15th).
- The rest will be due 2 weeks prior arrival day (maximum date on October 30th).
