𝟑-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 9 sessions Duration of each class: around 45 minutes (total = around 7 hours) This program is made up of our sessions recordings of the course from March 5th to March 22nd 2024. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝? • 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐬, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐬 & 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐬 In this course, we practice pranayama techniques, with some bandhas and kriyas that help to minimize the blockages from the energy channels. As a result of that, the free flow of the prana in the entire body start taking place. This will be reflected in greater freshness, energy and vitality. Each session are a wholesome experience of pranayamas, bandhas and kriyas along with techniques of relaxation, concentration and meditation to balance body and mind. • 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 & 𝐀𝐲𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 Yoga is incomplete without the right food and activities.
