In our Pranayama & Meditation classes, we focalize in 3 points:

1. Body

We will purify your body with some tips and activated techniques to fight with tiredness, boost your immune system, inner strength and capacity of your lungs.

2. Mind

Know about the ancient texts of Yoga. We will put in practice the comprehension of old scriptures, develop your awareness, and control the fluctuations of the mind.

3. Emotions

Acceptance, self-knowledge. We will deal with pain and suffering for a more harmonious life.

FAQ

Is there an order to follow for the classes or I can do it in the order that I want?


We recommend to follow the classes in the chronological order. One class in the preparation of the next class. Because we are working on Prana (Vital Energy), if you follow nicely the order, you will definitely feel the difference.




Can I cancel the membership at any time?


Yes, there is no obligation to maintain membership. At the time of cancellation, payments are suspended and exclusive access to the platform is automatically closed.
The same day of cancellation your access to the membership is closed and the last amount paid will not be refunded.




How much time a week do I need to do my practice?


It's depend on you. But we recommend to practice at least 3 times a week (Live or with the recordings), better early morning, before the breakfast. At night, before the sleep is also a good option, but don't take food 2 hours ago.




In case of needing to cancel the Subscription, how do I do it?


You can do it directly from your Paypal account, in the "Automatic Payments" Settings.




How can I pay for the membership?


Through Paypal and credit card from anywhere in the world.




Important about the payments!


The section for members is a subscription of indefinite recurring charge, this means that you are authorizing paypal to make the automatic monthly charge. These charges will continue until you decide to disenroll from the service. Canceling your membership will remove your access to the exclusive content on the platform, including recorded yoga classes.




How long will the classes be available on the website?


Classes will always be available for you on the exclusive membership platform.
You will have access as long as you do not unsubscribe from the membership.
