"Women's Health In The Light Of Yoga & Ayurveda"

All the solutions during the menstruation!

"I have the period, can I practice?"

"Which techniques can you recommend during menstruation?"
"How can I deal with this particular mood due to hormones?"

"Any asana, pranayama to relieve the pains?"

"How can I continue my practice respecting my body and mind during the menstruation?"
"Is there any Ayurveda tip to help during lady time?"

Every month, during the courses, women use to ask these different questions. Nobody wants to stop the practice but, which practice is adapted to this -inevitable- monthly woman status?

In order to give all the responses according to Yoga & Ayurveda, we have decided to organize this Special Workshop dedicated to Women's Health.

The classes will be on Zoom.

During this weekend, we will see how to manage the practice and yogic life during the menstruation.
